Chocolate Muffins

Here is a classic recipe for delicious chocolate muffins:

Ingredients

  • 250 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanillin
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of seed oil
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 100 g of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
  3. Add sugar and vanillin and mix to combine the dry ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the oil and milk and mix well.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir everything with a spatula until the mixture is homogeneous, but do not mix too much to avoid making the muffins hard.
  6. Add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and gently fold into the batter.
  7. Distribute the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  9. Remove from oven and let the muffins cool on a wire rack before serving.
