Chocolate Muffins
17/11/2023Here is a classic recipe for delicious chocolate muffins:
Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of seed oil
- 250 ml of milk
- 100 g of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
- Add sugar and vanillin and mix to combine the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the oil and milk and mix well.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir everything with a spatula until the mixture is homogeneous, but do not mix too much to avoid making the muffins hard.
- Add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and gently fold into the batter.
- Distribute the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let the muffins cool on a wire rack before serving.
