Milk Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder for sweets
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar for decorating (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F) and prepare cupcake liners or grease and flour muffin tins.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.
- Gradually add milk and vegetable oil, continuing to stir to integrate the liquid ingredients well.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add this mix of dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, stirring until you get a smooth and lump-free batter.
- Fill the cupcake liners or muffin tins to about 2/3 of their capacity with the batter.
- Bake the cupcakes for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the milk cupcakes from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
- If desired, dust the cupcakes with icing sugar before serving.
