Preparation

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces or thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until you have a frothy and light mixture.
  3. Add the oil (or melted butter) and milk, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder.
