Curiosity

Honey is an ancient ingredient, used since Egyptian times not only as a sweetener but also for its preservative and antibacterial properties. The honey ciambella is therefore a cake that comes from a very ancient tradition, bringing with it all the flavor and virtues of this precious food.

If you like, you can dust your ciambella with powdered sugar before serving it, or accompany it with a fruit compote to add a touch of freshness.
