Ingredients
- 320 g of mezze maniche (or another type of short pasta)
- 200 g of oil-packed tuna, drained

Preparation
- Put a large pot of salted water on to boil for the pasta.
- In the meantime, in a large skillet heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and lightly fry the crushed garlic cloves.

- Add the drained tuna, flake it with a fork, and let it flavor for another 2-3 minutes, being careful not to dry out the sauce too much.
- When the water boils, cook the mezze maniche according to the package instructions to get al dente pasta.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a ladle of the cooking water, and pour it into the skillet with the tuna sauce.
- Mix well to flavor the pasta, adding a bit of the cooking water if necessary to make the sauce creamier.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, adjust with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
