  • 50 g of melted butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Grated zest of 1 orange (organic if possible)
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Icing sugar for glazing

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the eggs, melted butter, grated zest, and orange juice, then knead until it forms a smooth mixture.
  3. Prepare the doughnuts and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Once baked, let them cool.
  6. Create a glaze with icing sugar and orange juice and glaze the doughnuts, then let dry.
