Ingredients
- 250 g of ricotta
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the egg and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
