Farfalle with Fresh Salmon

Ingredients

  • 320g of farfalle pasta
  • 200g of fresh salmon
  • 200ml of cooking cream
  • 1/2 onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed
  • A sprig of dill (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Put a pot of ample salted water on the heat to cook the pasta.
  2. In the meantime, cut the salmon into cubes of about 1-2 cm.
  3. Thinly slice the half onion.
  4. In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil and gently fry the onion until it becomes translucent.
