Ingredients

- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture, using a spatula and movements from the bottom up to not deflate the mixture.
- Sift the flour, potato starch, and baking powder, then gently fold them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan, level the surface well, and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
