Donut with chestnut flour

Ingredients
- 200 g of chestnut flour
- 100 g of all-purpose flour
- 150 g of brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 80 ml of seed oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Preparation
- Take a large bowl and sift together the two flours and the baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar until you obtain a light and frothy mixture.
- Slowly add the seed oil to the egg and sugar mixture, continuing to stir.
- Pour in the milk at room temperature and mix well to blend the ingredients.
- Incorporate the mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
- Prepare a donut mold by greasing it with a little oil and dusting it lightly with the all-purpose flour.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the donut comes out clean.
- Let the donut cool in the mold for a few minutes, then transfer it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, dust the donut with powdered sugar before serving.
