Ingredients
- 150 g of all-purpose flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of wildflower honey
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder for sweets
- A pinch of salt
For the frosting:
- 250 g of spreadable cheese (like Philadelphia)
- 50 g of honey
- Icing sugar to taste (optional, to adjust the consistency)

- Chopped walnuts or almonds
- Drizzle of honey
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, cream the soft butter with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, incorporating them well into the mixture.
- Mix the honey into the mixture of butter, sugar, and eggs.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together in a separate bowl.
