Crispy Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 500 g of chicken breast
  • 100 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes of about 2-3 cm per side.
  2. Place the flour in a deep plate, beat the eggs in a bowl and put the breadcrumbs on another plate. If you want, you can add a little salt, pepper, and oregano to the breadcrumbs to flavor the bites further.
  3. Coat the chicken cubes first in flour, making sure they are all well breaded. Then dip them in the beaten eggs and, finally, roll them in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are completely covered.
  4. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and when the oil is hot, fry the bites until they are golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once fried, let them drain on paper towels to remove the excess oil.
  6. Serve them hot accompanied by a sauce of your choice, like barbecue sauce or mayonnaise, for a more international touch.
