Creamy Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • 50 ml of chicken broth

Preparation

  1. Start by salting and peppering the chicken breasts on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan large enough to contain the chicken and brown the chicken on both sides until golden. This will take about 3-4 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove the chicken and set it aside.
