- 2 eggs
- 200 g of mixed vegetables (for example, zucchini, bell peppers, spinach)

- 1 clove of garlic (optional)

For the dough, start by mixing the flour with the salt, then add the butter and work the mixture with your fingertips until it becomes a sandy texture. Add the egg and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained, adding cold water only if necessary to firm up the dough. Form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
