Cocoa and Hazelnut Cookies with Jam

  4. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film. Put it in the refrigerator to rest for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Use a cookie cutter to form the cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet. If you prefer, you can create a small hollow in the center of each cookie where you will later add the jam.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are slightly golden on the edges.
  9. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely. If you created the hollow, fill it with a teaspoon of jam. Otherwise, you can simply spread a little jam on a cookie and top it with another, creating a sandwich.
  10. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
