Chocolate Yogurt Cake

Here is a simple recipe for a delicious chocolate yogurt cake with an Italian twist.

Ingredients

  • 150 g of natural yogurt
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 250 g of all-purpose flour
  • 50 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
