Chocolate Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- 150 g of natural yogurt
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of melted butter
- 250 g of all-purpose flour
- 50 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate the melted butter into the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, then add them to the yogurt and egg mixture.
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and add it to the batter.
- Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake tin.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then if you wish you can decorate it with powdered sugar or a chocolate glaze.
