Ingredients
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 150 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of type 00 flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Grated zest of 1 (untreated) orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- 100 g of toasted nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, your choice)
- A pinch of salt

Prepare the chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool slightly.

Mix butter and sugar: In a bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Add the eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, waiting until each is well incorporated before adding the next.
