  • 100 grams of soft butter at room temperature
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  4. Add the egg to the butter and sugar cream and continue to work the mixture until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
  5. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and incorporate it into the mixture.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones and work the dough until homogeneous.
  7. With slightly damp hands, form nut-sized balls and gently flatten them to give the biscuits a flat round shape.
  8. Place the biscuits on the tray leaving some space between them, as they will puff up a bit during cooking.
  9. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly darker.
  10. Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a rack before serving. If desired, you can dust them with powdered sugar for a sweet and decorative finish.
