Ingredients

  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter: Break the chocolate into small pieces and cut the butter into cubes. Place them in a heat-resistant bowl and melt them in a double boiler, stirring until you get a smooth mixture.

  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they become light and fluffy.

  3. Add chocolate to the eggs: Gently fold in the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sugar mixture. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.

  4. Add the flour: Sift the flour and pinch of salt and fold them in gently to keep the batter light.
