Chocolate and Fruit Tart

Ingredients
- 250g of all-purpose flour
- 125g of cold butter, cubed

- 200ml of fresh cream

Preparation

- Add the cold butter and work with your hands or a mixer until you get a sandy mixture.
- Add the egg and knead quickly to form a ball. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a circular shape on a floured work surface and transfer it to a tart pan, pressing down on the bottom and sides.
- Prick the bottom with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- For the ganache, finely chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.
- Heat the cream until it almost boils and pour it over the chocolate. Let it rest for a minute and then mix until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the base of the tart and level it with a spatula.
- Let the ganache cool, then decorate the tart with fresh fruit to your liking.
