Ingredients
- 300 g of spaghetti alla chitarra (or other high-quality spaghetti)
- 30 g of fresh black or white truffle
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 80 g of butter

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for cooking the spaghetti.
