Chicken Strips with Carrots and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 300 g of chicken breast
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

- White wine (about 100 ml)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- (Optional) Fresh rosemary or thyme
Preparation
- Wash and clean the carrots and zucchini, then cut them into julienne strips or thin sticks.
