Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • Arugula or mixed salad to taste

  • Herbs of choice (rosemary, thyme, basil)

Preparation
