Ingredients
- 200 g of boiled and peeled chestnuts
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of melted butter
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (for the surface)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a blender, blend the boiled chestnuts with the sugar until you get a smooth cream.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and incorporate it into the chestnut and sugar mixture.
- Add the melted butter and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Add the yolks to the mixture and stir until you get an even batter.
