Ingredients

  • 400g of fresh cavatelli
  • 200g of speck cut into strips
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 100g of fresh arugula
  • 100ml of cooking cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. First, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put them in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
