Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 large potato
- 1 white onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Vegetable broth as needed
- Salt and pepper as needed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
- Start by cleaning the cauliflower: remove the outer leaves and cut the florets into small pieces.
- Peel and dice the potato into small cubes.
- Peel and thinly slice the onion and garlic.
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent.
