Bundt Cake with Chocolate Chips

Here’s a delicious recipe for an Italian-style Bundt Cake with Chocolate Chips!

Ingredients

  • 300g of flour
  • 200g of sugar
  • 100g of soft butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanillin
  • 150g of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the soft butter with the sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk, mixing gently.
  5. Gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder and pinch of salt, and combine the ingredients to obtain a smooth batter.
  6. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level with a spatula.
  8. Bake the bundt cake for about 40-45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove the bundt cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding and serving.
