- Place a piece of fresh burrata in the center of the bruschetta.
- Dress with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkle of black pepper, and, if necessary, adjust with salt.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the bruschetta with still soft burrata and warm vegetables.
Curiosity
Bruschetta is a dish with humble Italian peasant origins, but over time it has been transformed into a gourmet dish through the use of quality ingredients such as burrata, a fresh, creamy cheese of great value in Italian cuisine. The combination of grilled vegetables and the addition of burrata turns a simple bruschetta into a rich and flavorful appetizer.
If you like, you can add a touch of reduced balsamic or a sprinkling of dried oregano to vary the flavor. And don’t forget a good glass of crisp white wine or a light rosé to accompany this delicious appetizer.
