Ingredients
- 250 ml of light beer
- 3 sheets of gelatin
- 200 ml of fresh cream
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Preparation
- Start by soaking the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes so they soften.
- In the meantime, gently warm the beer in a small saucepan without bringing it to a boil. Squeeze the soaked gelatin and add it to the warm beer, stirring until it is completely dissolved.
