Curiosity

Banana cookies are an excellent alternative to use up those overripe bananas that we often don’t know how to employ. Moreover, they can be a soft and tasty snack or an energizing breakfast, especially if enriched with chocolate chips or nuts. In Italy, it might be less common to find banana cookies in traditional pastry shops, but they reflect the country’s growing interest in the fusion of international flavors with local pastry.

Be sure to add any other ingredient you like to further customize your cookies, such as cinnamon, desiccated coconut, or even a pinch of espresso powder for an energizing kick! Enjoy your meal!
