Curiosity

Trofie is a type of pasta typical of Liguria, often associated with the famous Genoese pesto sauce. This baked version is inspired by the classic baked pasta preparations, enriched with stringy mozzarella and the strong taste of cooked ham. It is a dish that adapts well to variations, being able to substitute or add ingredients based on personal tastes, like mushrooms, spinach, or different types of cheeses.
