- 150 g of grated cheese (Parmesan or similar)

- In a pan, you can sauté the cooked ham along with the peas (if you decide to use them) for a few minutes.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce (or use a ready-made one) and set aside.
- Butter a baking dish and distribute a first layer of tagliatelle on the bottom.
- Add a layer of ragù and one of cooked ham and peas, then pour some of the béchamel on top.
- Sprinkle with some grated cheese and repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of béchamel and a generous sprinkling of cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes or until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
Curiosity
Baked tagliatelle can be considered a sort of lasagna, but made with a thinner puff pastry and therefore without the need to create many layers. It is a dish that allows you to use leftover ragù or béchamel sauce that you may have in the fridge, turning them into a new and delicious meal. In addition, the addition of diced cooked ham gives a pleasant touch of savoriness.
