Cooking: Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and the swordfish is cooked to perfection.
Curiosity: Swordfish is a fish with a strong and meaty flavor, known in kitchens throughout the Mediterranean. It is rich in proteins and omega-3 fatty acids, contributing to a healthy and balanced diet. Its pairing with potatoes is classic but always appreciated for their simplicity and versatility in complementing dishes based on meat or fish.
