Ingredients

  • 6 medium eggs
  • 500g of potatoes
  • 1 small onion (optional)

  • Milk or water (a couple of tablespoons, optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes of about 1 cm. If you wish to add onion, slice it finely.
  3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and cook the potatoes (and the onion if using) until they are golden and tender. Lightly salt them during cooking.
