Did you know?

Plaice is a fish with white and lean flesh, highly appreciated for its delicate flavor. Baking is one of the best techniques to enhance its sweetness without adding excess fat. Moreover, this dish is high in proteins and low in calories, making it ideal for those following a healthy diet.

For a complete pairing, you could accompany the plaice filets with steamed or baked vegetables, such as zucchini, asparagus, or peppers, and a simple mixed salad. A glass of light and aromatic white wine, like a Vermentino, will perfectly complete the meal.
