Plumcake bacon and mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Start by cleaning the mushrooms: remove the earthy part of the stem, clean them with a damp cloth or kitchen paper and slice them. In a pan, fry the bacon until it becomes crispy. Add the mushrooms and cook them until they are golden. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the milk and vegetable oil and mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
