Ingredients

  • 320 g of linguine
  • 100 g of arugula
  • 50 g of almonds

Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the arugula and almond pesto. Lightly toast the almonds in a pan to bring out their flavor, then let them cool.
  3. In a blender, combine the washed and dried arugula, toasted almonds, Parmesan cheese, garlic (amount as desired based on your preference for intensity), and a pinch of salt.
