Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized apples
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of granulated sugar
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 100 g of melted butter

- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for decoration (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 °C.
- Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into cubes or thin slices, then set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until you get a light and fluffy mixture.
- Add the melted butter (make sure it’s not too hot) and milk to the mixture of eggs and sugar, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
