Ingredients

  • 200 g of all-purpose flour
  • 100 g of almond flour
  • 150 g of brown sugar
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar until you have a frothy and light mixture.
  4. Gradually add the melted butter, continuing to mix.
