Curiosity
Almond muffins are perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, and the use of almond flour gives them a particularly soft texture and rich aroma. In Italy, almonds are often used in pastry, in both home baking and more elaborate preparations, always adding a distinctive touch to sweets with their flavor and texture.
If you want a gluten-free alternative, you can replace the type 00 flour with rice flour or a blend of gluten-free flours, paying attention to the cooking times that may vary.
