Ingredients

  • 200 g of all-purpose flour
  • 100 g of almond flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter at room temperature
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon (optional for a touch of freshness)
  • 100 g of chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar for decorating (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flours with the baking powder and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the soft butter with the sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, continuing to mix.
  5. Stir in the grated lemon zest if you decide to use it.
