Torta tutte mele

Ingredients

- Add the apple slices to the mixture and gently mix, making sure they are completely covered. The batter will be quite thick and packed with apples.
- Pour the batter into a previously buttered and floured pan, or lined with parchment paper. Level the surface and, if desired, sprinkle with extra sugar to create a sweet and crispy crust during baking.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes. The baking time can vary depending on the oven and the thickness of the cake, so I recommend checking the cake by inserting a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Once baked, let the cake cool before unmolding it.
